Hello. I'm scheduled on 5/21 for a PKR of my RK. The medial compartment is bone on bone but the lateral has good spacing so he says there's an 80-85 percent chance that he can do a partial. He'll know of course when he gets in there.

Question for people. I've been reading some of the threads on nickel allergies. The blood test is recommended but why not go straight to a titanium or ziconium implant instead of a metal one with some nickel, are the metal ones that much better?
