Hi Every one,Well im starting back to work 1st week of nov. ive' got 114*bend after manpilation so im happy about that! but i fell at work thats how i belw out my knee. so now im having a lot of fear were i work has slipery floors. so is this normal i dont want to fall on my new knee because i also dont have 125* bend yet so if i were to fall it will hurt so bad i also have time before i have to go back should i pospone or go for it? Have any of my freinds here have or had have this fear? holla back please!

Two questions. When was your surgery and where are you working that the floors are slippery? This work place seems not safe if you had two good knees!

Rick, Sorry my surgery was 4/28/08 someone at work spill a soda and didnt clean it up and i work in a kitchen and store cashiering so with the grease and liquds it get slippery and i had two good knees till then. Janet

Janet, I take it you mean fear of falling? Well, yes that is normal. All part of having felt unsteady for so long and therefore lacking confidence. Having had a sister who worked in catering for years, I know some of what you mean about the floors. I would therefore suggest that you wait a while to get back a bit more strength and confidence. You should also make sure you invest in some anti-slip shoes.
