TKR Pulled Ligament in Week 6 recovery

@mendogal ... I totally agree and I must get back to being more conscious of this (obviously). No more avoiding my daily routines that I have done for years!
Hahaha - your morning routine is like mine almost to the tea (pardon the pun). I literally make coffee instead of tea, go through the same routine because I have two cats. I never thought of the morning routine as a little workout!
I like the idea of setting a timer and focus on breath. Body mechanics, yes.

Another update...Just in case you all think I don't hear you guys, take it in and follow GOOD experience and advice.
As well as the sage advice of doing ADL and increasing my daily's gradually, I just made an appointment with a second knee surgeon completely outside of the system where I had my RTKR for a second opinion. It is a month from now, but he has been a surgeon for 30 years in the hospital system I go to for all my medical needs. He does Orthopedic sports medicine, orthopedic surgery and knee orthopedic surgery including arthroscopy. I was researching to find someone that does arthroscopy just in case. I hope that is not called for however as I researched finding second opinions they said it would be important to find some who specializes to evaluate the knee surgery that has been done.
Now if I could just get that "head" to stop...ugh.
