As I have said before, my wife is an administrator for a nursing home. It simply baffles me that the nurses, who are without doubt the most educated and highest trained of ALL her employees, give her the most trouble. "Thats not my job"; "I don't have time"; "The CNAs are supposed to do that", its like their mantra. How can supposedly professional people be so inept at their job? Don't they do internships or residences or something? I mean, didn't somebody explain what they were expected to do before hiring?
