Hi to all on this side of the board. I have been doing some reading of the "Knee Book" and I am wondering if anyone has gotten any of the recommended exercise aides, ie the buckets, straps, ball, etc.

I would love some opinions. Thanks.

Not me! My nephew gave me his second best exercise cycle - think I've been on it a total of 10 times since the op! (A lot before tho).

In fact, I've done very little exercise but I was undeservedly lucky in that I got good ROM by the grace of God and not by my own doing!

(bad Jo!)

PT gave me the rope thing. A friend just offered me his treadmill(I am not even sure I want to fool with getting it, as I tried my hardest to get rid of my old one 3 years ago). Honestly, I would wait until you think you really need something or are told to get it.
