Hi Folks,
I'm just curious about what exercises THR people who are 3 months + :thmb: are doing....?

Are you still doing all the leg raises etc, or have they been replaced by swimming and walking etc. I still do the exercises and I swim /walk /cycle etc but I'm not sure whether I need to be doing the floor exercises:sigh::zzz::zzz: so much anymore....of course I could just ask the PT, but I'm interested in what others are doing....

I am curious too Rachel as I am fast approaching the 3 month mark too. Not yet allowed to climb up and down the steps into a pool yet, but use the exercise bike and do all the floor exercises too. It is good to still do them because they really help with my flexibility though.
