What could cause the one-sided blanching of the knee?

I have rather mottled legs- particularly when weather cold. I notice that my PKR leg is still a bit more mottled and slightly purplish in the morning- even 2 years out.
I think small blood vessels are cut and it affects the circulation?? But that is just my theory

Thank you! My knees continue to heal. Alas now I have Covid. Grr. Thought it was a bad cold but tested positive today. Have been utterly tired.

Good news! Over the Covid and was able to fly for the first time in two years. Used the airport wheelchair service-more for my hips than my knees-and it went well for the short flight.

Hehe! Desperate measures. Knees definitely more sore after trip-did much more than have been doing. Am now getting ready for foot surgery!

Thank you! I don’t have a date yet but will post. Had a good follow-up with knee surgeon today, who said the knees are doing well.
