Revised PKR to TKR Patellofemoral PKR with Ehlers Danlos hypermobility

What could cause the one-sided blanching of the knee?
I have rather mottled legs- particularly when weather cold. I notice that my PKR leg is still a bit more mottled and slightly purplish in the morning- even 2 years out.
I think small blood vessels are cut and it affects the circulation?? But that is just my theory
