Hi,
I was seen by my OS assistant today who continues to impress me. Well I am not sure what is going to happen all my tests are good. No, I am not sad about them being good. She did say they didn’t want to rush into anything and make me worst than I am now. She took her time and explained to me the challenges of a revision due to a leg length. Sarah told me she would talk to the OS next week and for me to expect a call from him. She gave me a his office manager card and told me to call the office if I haven’t heard from him by Tuesday. She also said the OS probably will get a second opinion from another OS he trust and we will or won’t go from there. I must say I have mixed emotions. I pray I don’t have to live in pain for the rest of my life. I am a legal secretary (Labor) with the federal government and I really enjoy what I do. My plans were to retire in 2011 but if this pain continues I am not sure if I can last that long. For all of you who are praying with me please continue. It's appreciated! I will have my MRI on Friday; I will share the result with you as soon as I know what they are. I will see my PCP on September 5.
