well just a question....... i have been on hydrocodone for a little over a year.
for 11 months i took it (10/325) 2-3 times a day to function through the pain. Now I am 3 months out from my tkr and still taking 2-3 a day. I have started working out in the gym 3-4 days a week ( 30 min on eliptical)plus water exercises 3-4 times a week. I take 1 pill before workout and 1 4 hours after then 1 at bedtime if i need it. The pain I feel is real... My wife is concerned that I may have a dependancy. I do not take more than 30mg a day. Please help.....Even on days I dont work out I still take 2-3.
I have over 100 lbs to loose and cannot do it without working out.
