Could this be my right hip ? The pain is more in the groin area, but is definitly crippling. I know i have a bad right hip, but it wasnt as bad as the left one, so i did the left one first. The only symptom i have in the right side is the groin pain. Could it be something else?

Could be an inflamed muscle/ligament from favouring the other side, could be sciatica referred pain, could be varicose veins ....

However, my money's on arthritis in the other hip. One goes, the other goes often as not.

Hey Cre I know Jo knows more then me obviously so I will just wish you well and hope it gets better.....But I did have problems with my opposite hip but as time went on and I walked straight it was OK....Hope you feel better soon.......

I have a problem with getting the unoperated leg straight when the operated leg is extended upwards. The more I go higher, the more the left one wants to bend!!!!frustration....I got a thr so that the right leg could have more mobility but now the left one is stopping it....
