PLEASE NOTE THAT IN RECOVERY FORUMS, ONLY ONE THREAD IS PERMITTED PER MEMBER.
The reasons for this are
1. when you start a new thread, you miss advice and information that has been posted for you in your original thread. This is bad for you and frustrating for the posters.
2. it makes it easier to read the continuous story of a member's recovery - the most important reason
3. it keeps all advice previously given on hand for the poster
4. it avoids people duplicating and repeating things like links to articles
5. it helps us to refresh on what you've had done and when and what advice was given previously
6. it makes it unnecessary for the member to keep repeating history and surgery details
7. finally, don't be concerned that your posts will go unnoticed if you add them to your existing thread as between us all, the staff read and respond every new post every day.
Thank you very much!
PS if new threads regarding your surgery and recovery are started in the Recovery Forums, they will be merged with the original thread.
