It's 5:30 A.M. after a sleepless night counting down the hours (27 from now, to be exact) to my second knee replacement (LTKR....had RTKR 4 months ago). I'm pretty well prepared, but still feel anxiety creeping up on me! I keep hearing "different knee, different experience." Just praying recovery is the same, or better than the last one!!
P.S. Why Super Hero knee? When I told my 3 yr. old grandson, Cole, that part of my sick knee had been replaced with metal to make it stronger and pain free, he exclaimed:
"Oh, Nammy, they gave you a "supah heewo" knee!!!

:fingersx: that your second Super Hero knee is just as smooth as your 1st. Knees like children are all different. See you on the otherside! Your grandsons name for TKR's sound so much better, just don't leap over tall buildings.
Your signature says you are having your TKR on July 26th, please update it so we can better advise you.
