Will let you all know how I am doing as soon as I am able to hobble to my computer. :thmb:

Dawnie, you have done such a fantastic job preparing for your surgery. The next phase will be a breeze for you. Once you get to the hospital, things just roll along and then you wake up and it's over. You have been through the most difficult part.

We're all rootin' for you. Hurry back home to us, okay??? We'll miss you while you're temporarily out of action.

Dawnie,
I second Jamie's post--you've been so faithful with the preparation for this event that you'll make a wonderful recovery! You'll be in my thoughts and prayers tomorrow and in the days to follow.

Blessings,
Irene

Dawnie it's down to hours now. I'm so happy for you. I hope you are excited (yu might have said that) I will be thinking of you tomorrow and can't wait to hear from you

All the best for tomorrow Dawnie. Look forward to hearing from you when it's all over and done with. Will be thinking of you. Love and prayers Linda x

I will be praying for a successful surgery for you. I am going October 12, and like you, my pain is getting really bad recently. I told my husband this morning if I didn't have surgery scheduled, I would be running in to the doctor's office for some immediate help!

You have done your part, and now it is up to your very capable doctors. I hope you get compassionate care in the hospital and afterwards, we will see you on the other side!!

Best wishes, Kimberly

Dawnie,
Wow it seems like time has really flown. You have really
work hard for this, and now it it is here. I will be praying
for you tomorrow and everyday till I hear that everything
went fine and you are on the road to recovery. So see
you when you are up to posting.

Good Luck Dawnie!!! It's a piece of cake:thmb:. Just think in a couple days you will be up walking on your new knees! You won't believe how great that will feel. Yes, there will be some pain but nothing like what you have been going through! Post when you can and make sure you follow all the instructions you have been given! See you on the other side!

Dawnie - nice to chat with you earlier. But when you're feeling low, just think Biros and have a chuckle! See you on Tuesday.

OMG Jo, I hope I'm heavily sedated or I may just spill the biro beans during surgery, LOL.

Thank you all very much for all the kinds words, advice and support over the past 3 months, not sure I'll be able to sleep tonight, but I'll sure make up for it tomorrow night.

Speak to all soon, see you Tuesday Jo. XXXXXXX

You're in my thoughts and prayers.
It's great that Jo will be able to visit with you on Tuesday.
looking forward to your first post on the other side.

Annette

Good luck....I hope you have a smooth and relatively painless recovery. Just think how wonderful it will be in a few short weeks.

Dawnie,
Good luck tomorrow. I'm sure you will do fine. It always seemed to me that when they cut me off NSAIDS prior to surgery, that my pain got much worse. In a way it reinforced the need to go ahead with the surgery. Just a way for my knee (or hip) to tell me that it was really time.
Good Luck,
Doug

Dawnie,
I wish you well on your journey to your new and painfree knees. I hope it is all relatively easy for you. :thmb:
