Ok I have been on You Tube and seen TKRs now on video. I saw one of a minimally invasive surgery and asked my doc about it. he said you don't want to not be able to see what you're doing and he said that there is more likelyhood of damaging nerves and blood vessels if you can't see what you're doing. Anyone had a MITKR? How was your experience? I am almost 3 weeks post op and doing better. Starting PT in town Mon.
 
Can't comment on the MI surgery, but pleased to hear you are doing better.

Well, that's the argument against MIS (or reduced incision) and it's like a lot of things - some are ardently in favour and others are ardently against. Vive le differance!
