New One for Me at 6 months

I have recently noticed a new pain... when I am sitting down and go to push back a chair, like from a table I'm sitting at, both knees fight back with sharp pains in the knee. This has only happened recently. I'm wondering if this is just part of the overall recovery program or if I might have an issue to deal with. Any thoughts?

After 6 months? I'd say it's a stiff ligament alerting you to it's condition. Nothing more significant I can think of that would manifest in that manner.
