New here. Can't remove double avatar. Can't add Partial KR logo

Hi. I've added my avatar photo but it's still showing two images in the forum area. When I clicked remove it removes both. Perhaps I should've done that before I added the photo? Also, I don't see how to add Partial KR by my info. Sorry - I tried to do it myself!

@Zoobird your avatar seems fine. I have added the PKR prefix to your thread title.
