Muscles all dried up and gone to dust?

Rachel, don't know if you're a gardener, but you could think of those muscles as dormant perennials. With enough water, fertilizer, sunshine and TLC, they'll be back in verdant bloom.

PRGal - you're obviously a keen gardener - what a lovely analogy! :) It made me smile when I read it. And it's made me think a bit more fondly of my still sore muscles - they just need to be "nurtured" a bit more! LOL

Yes a lovely analogy...I often think us mums need to be nurtured...we do all the nurturing, but who nurtures us. 'Nurture the nurturer' I say..from a muscle point of view I tend to think more of the grizzly bear in hibernation ....when they finally wake up I suspect they are going to roar....!
Certainly a bit of perennial tlc should keep the grizzly muscles at bay....
