So let us hear all about your trip and how well your hip worked!!

That pain I was having in my right hip that had me so worried seems to have abated finally! What a relief, I was starting to worry I had really done some damage to the joint. It sort of felt like it was ready to dislocate whenever I moved wrong. It was like that for almost 3 months too. But it has been over 3 weeks now with no pain, so hopefully it was some torn scar tissue or something like that. Next Monday is my 1 year checkup so I am hoping the xrays look good so I can really start ramping up my workouts again.

I am riding this weekend in a clinic given by Daniel Stewart, the US Olympic riding team coach!! He video tapes you riding and jumping, does an analysis and then a lesson from that. He will be doing 2 evening seminars and other cl***es on Sunday too so I will be getting plenty of horse fix.

After a hour and a half hard ride yesterday, I ran for about 25 min last night. Still feels pretty good. Pretty hot tho. It is going to be miserable here this weekend with temps up into the 90s.

Glad to see you back and congrats on your race too!!!

Andrea
