Type 1 - stand straight, step forward and gently go down on the knee to the point of discomfort and then a tiny bit more. Hold it for 10-15 seconds. You may need to hold on to something while doing this.

Type 2 - on stairs: put a foot on a stair or a stool, then lean forward until the point of discomfort and then a tiny but more. Hold it for 10-15 seconds.

NEVER cause yourself pain doing these
