Hi All -
Left partial knee replacement scheduled for 8/24.
Right total knee replacement done 12 months ago.
Looking forward to when my knees aren't such a big focus!

Hello @Ang8793 - and :welome:

Please will you tell us the full date of your previous knee replacement and which knee it is, so we can complege your signature? Thank you.

Right total knee was done 8/28/17. I'm having a partial knee replacement done on my left 8/24/18. I appreciate the information!

I do have a question regarding my right knee (12 months post total replacement) - I still find stairs difficult. I am able to go up them, but it's very uncomfortable and difficult. I am wondering if my muscles still need built up? I am able to walk without a limp, I just find my leg weak.

It may be that you right leg hasn't yet regained its full strength.
You can't do much about it now, but it should continue to strengthen as it takes on the role of "good knee" after your PKR.

I’m 16 months after a Patellofemoral partial and I can’t do stairs foot over foot.
