I think the ITP diagnosis is something I will have to deal with accordingly.

Sorry you are dealing with this. But it does sound like your hematologist is monitoring you.

It's very common to have BP issues post surgery. The anaesthetic and trauma from the procedure can contribute to lower BP. But in most cases it is very short lived.
