I have been told I will need a total knee replacement.
I had knee scoped 4 weeks ago and still having a lot of pain when I walk.. Great range of motion and that part is not painful.
I am 71 years old and used to be very active..golfed 3 times a week etc.. Now..very limited.
Any thoughts or experiences will be most helpful

Dear Jo Anne.... Pain has always been a motivator for change.... If you have full range of motion and the pain is still around the 5 level (based on 1-l0 it may be appropriate to wait... Lets see what others think.
