Yes it shows,you can exercise so hard you ruin your knees,. Thats my story and I am sticking to it,haha. Hey,now that Jane is out of action,,you might have to fill in for her,lol.

Wow -- Jane Fonda! I haven't had time to chime in on the forum in a week or so -- and this is the first thing I see! Well we are cetainly all in good company!!! She obviously didn't wait as long as some of us did (me included) because she was just performing on Broadway and must have been at least able to move around reasonably well.
Good for Jo -- finding this info. I've been using Twitter as a lesson for my Prague class on News and Video --- the Iran postings and how to use them in a news story (carefully). Jo whatever gave you the idea to follow Fonda????

I didn't! I did a search on TKR and up it came. The wonders of Twitter! On the other hand, I tried to do a search about MJ last night and couldn't get anything - seems the sudden influx of ppl like me trying to validate the rumour brought the internet grinding to a halt! So ironic!
