Just got back from the OS and I am scheduled for a LTKR on 4/11.

Been a long time coming. My OS wanted me to loose some weight and I have lost 57 lbs to put my BMI at 40.

I have been working out at the gym to tone and strengthen my legs and upper body.

I am so ready for this!

I agree, weight loss is hard to do, great job!

Do keep in mind there is nothing speedy about recovery from a knee replacement. Prehab is good but it doesn’t guarantee a faster or easier recovery.
