We have a great feature on BoneSmart which enables us alert a specific member or staff read your post: the tagging feature. While this is helpful when you want to be sure someone in particular sees your post quickly, it can be a problem if multiple tags are placed in a post, especially at the beginning as shown here:
Tagging a large group of people you've met on the forum isn't necessary. These folks will be following you and will see your posts in a reasonable amount of time. Having a long list of tags like this at the beginning of a post means our smart phone or tablet users must scroll down through them all to see your message. This is not good forum etiquette. One or two tags at the beginning of a post are fine. Much more than that will likely be edited to remove the links.
If you want to address multiple members in your post, this is a better way:
