Hello, I am new to this great site. My RTHR is scheduled for Feb 15th so I am getting myself and my house prepared. I am trying to learn from others. My question is how do you elevate leg and ice without breaking the hip 90 degree rule? Thanks in Advance.

Welcome to BoneSmart @sonarqueen ! If you follow the guides in this link you will not break any restrictions. If you have a recliner it's even easier but most of us just used pillows as outlined in the article.

Do let us know if you have any more questions. We are with you on this!
