How are your Knees Josephine?

Hello Josephine. How are your knees doing now, you were having problems with them last week? Did you go and see your Doctor? I have been a bit pre occupied one way or another and things go out of my head easily with this medication (and my age) that I forgot your knees!!

Hmm, bit embarrassing there, Sue. After all the drama the day before, cancellng the day's work and having slept on the settee cus I couldn't get up the stairs very well, about 5am I woke and thought "oh gosh, the alarm's still on, must go and switch if off" And was half way up the stairs before I realised - my knee was fine again! Bit sore and that but otherwise fine!

I felt such a fool! Definitely a "grit in the shoe" incident. Still, as I said here, if it happens again I shall definitely consider going for another arthroscopy to get me some more time.
