We are lucky enough to have a hot tub inside the house. I finally got up enough nerve to go into it ( I made it) and thought it would make may knee feel good. I had read about how good the water makes your knee feel and how much more you can bend it.
Well, I could bend it more. I just did a couple leg lifts and then sat on the seat and moved my TKR leg as close to the seat as possible. I do this exercise outside the hot tub too.
The next day may leg was sooo sore. My husband thinks it was from stretching the muscles further on that chair exercise and breaking scar tissue. In general it felt more swollen and not very good the whole next day.
Any one else have an experince like this? Don't think I'll be back in the tub anytime soon.
