Hello All, Happy tears reading everyone’s sweet messages. Relief doesn’t seem a big enough word. Very motivated to keep on track. Next 6 weeks will continue with stationary bike and walking.
Hello
@SarahBee Happy to see you here this morning. I think you were the first person I “met” here. Recovery buddies! Thank you so much. Spring will be sweet. xxxxx
Good Morning
@CricketHip I sure hope today is a better day. Scary doesn’t sound good.
We do need t-shirts. Almost kissed the man. Bone growth and stability. Pretty funny what a girl gets excited about these days.
Thank you sweet Pat
@Hip4life Relief is the word! Thankfully all current pains have an explanation, and hopefully expiration date. Worry is slowly draining away and replaced with hope. I am grateful to be here.
I do feel exceptionally thrilled to be here
@SurreyGirl Love the British expression “Brilliant”. We don’t have a word that conveys the same meaning here. One of my best friends and walking buddies is here with her husband from The United Kingdom. She said the same yesterday as we were planning a celebratory lunch date.
Love all your emojis
@Calgal I am enjoying my new found freedom! It will be awhile until I don’t need my cane. Especially at night or when I am tired. Knee is main obstacle right now, so don’t want to make it worse by overdoing it.
