So here I am sitting in a hotel that will be my home for the next two weeks after total hip replacement surgery. I have a list of things I need to buy to make things easier but I’m hoping to hear from anyone as to what equipment to buy. I also need to know if I can fly back home in two weeks. I live in the arctic so I have to fly to Ottawa for medical. I’m kinda nervous.

I'm sorry you're feeling anxious, but please know it's perfectly normal. Doesn't make it any better but you'll get through it.

Here is an article on some things that will be helpful during recovery.
