Im having RTHR on September 28th. my anxiety is through the roof. Im nervous but yet exited.

Congrats! your first day back to recovery to a normal life again starts that day! all the helpful links have been listed above, make sure to go take a look. Your feelings are common amongst most if not all people who went through the diagnosis and surgery. Completely normal to feel anxious. It's a procedure is very common and so many of us have gone through it with success! good luck!

I feel for you!! I have a little longer to wait as in October 10th and have started feeling the odd bout of anxiety but keep telling myself that the long term benefits are end goal and are very much worthwhile. Stay brave!!
