Harris Hip Score????

I found a tool online by which an assessment of functionality pre and post-op can be determined. Has anyone on here had their doctor do a pre and post-op survey to address the relative success of their surgery? Maybe they do not want to know?

Harris score broken link removed: https://exper.ural.ru/trauma/harris_e.phtml but you can find another but simpler one here complete with an autoscorer. Surgeons of my acquaintance all use it and quote it in the notes.
