Hi all sorry I haven't been on here for a bit life's been busy. As you know went to the kinesiology and law and behold I can actually ride my bike off road and everything, not quite at full gas but getting there and my pain control has significantly improved. Have seen the surgeon and nerves are a bit damaged so will be left with a limp but frankly don't care as I can now cycle!! Good news with other leg is although there is a large bone spur no need for replacement yet will have some keyhole in the winter!! I was in a big black hole looking back in Jan/Feb and feel that I've climbed through it, many thanks Josephine, this website has been a great form of support during those times...

That's good to hear, Gayle. The forum is achieving it's objectives then!

You sound so wonderful, Gayle!!! Keep up the wonderful healing!!! You're doing great!!! :)
Such a nice thought on a rainy Monday morning!

Gayle, I'm so happy to hear you have accomplished some goals now in your recovery. Many more to come also, I hope. Thanks so much for taking time to post your good news!

Gayle that's great! You sound so much better than before! I know your biking meant a lot to you (like being outdoors and walking and hiking does to me) and being able to do that makes all the difference in the world!!!

Great news Gayle,

Chris :)
