Ok - I never thought I would be so giddy over 5 degrees! It is official - 95 degrees! YEAHHHH for me! My regular PT was back today and we started with heat and a bend - 90 came and he was pleased and I said - wait - we got further last week - so we then biked and stretched and b4 ya knew it he decided to measure again and with only a little shoving - 90, 92, 95! No cussing, kicking or crying. He stopped at that point since we made a good gain and told me to ice and get outta there (45 minute pt/my shortest one on record! - He was really busy - one assistant called in sick). I should have the JAS by Wednesday - They mailed it Friday. He thinks that is going to be the final force and things will just keep moving. I can only hope. The neat thing is - I am walking soooo much better. Some more of the kids I work with have said that I look almost "normal"!
So - THANK YOU for standing by me as I went through all the frustration of never moving off that darn 90. I think we may have passed through this plateau. We are shooting for 100 by the end of the week (although we agreed there may be some cussing, kicking or crying - but thats ok).
You are the best cheer leaders out there! THANKS again!
