Great Three-Month Check-up!

I went to see my ortho surgeon today for my check-up...three more PT visits and I am released. I am cleared to umpire and basically get back to doing whatever I want (or can) do.

Way to go Ref, that is a great report and I hope to have one of those someday. I can pretty much guarantee that it won't be at my 3 month check up as that's only about 3 weeks away and I can't believe I'll be doing as good as you since I'm right now at 89 degrees so I'll keep plugging away and us you as an example. I with you on the weather although in southern Ohio it's been raining for 2 days yuck.......................

Feels good, don't it, Ref? 3 months is so much better than 2 that I can't wait for 4!! So happy for you and glad you can get back to what gives you great joy. That's the whole point of this ordeal.

Went for a small bke ride today (supposed to rain and be in the '30's tomorrow). I put new pedals on the bike and bought new shoes--clipless pedals are the way to go--SPD clipless system---very efficient and you get the full workout, not just pushing down---but also pulling up. I will be riding to and from school when the weather gets really nice.
