Great book on the subject of replacements and revisions

So, I wanted to share with you guys the doctor I am now seeings book on replacement and revision. Lots of great info in here. My surgeon is Dr. Martin Anderson with Tahoe Fractue in Carson City, NV

I got to it by shortening it and going to this broken link removed: https://www.totaljoint.info/index.asp and from there you can click on Download the Book. It took a couple minutes before it came up.
