Got my staples out today!

Got those darn things out today! It feels so much better. Now i just have the steristrips on . My rom was 100 today and the surgeon was impressed! I don't have to go back for 1 month.

I cringe to think of how bad staples must hurt. My OS only used the steristrips, no staples and boy! was I ever grateful. I am happy for any of us who gets through another step in the recovery we all have to go through with this thing. So God bless and good luck, I am sure you will feel much better without the staples. Rowdy

The staple removal feels like little bee stings. Lots and lots of little bee stings. Not pleasant-- but not excruciating either. And it feels so much better without them! Sort of a rite of passage!
