13 months post-op and thrilled with strength, mobility, and look of new shoulder. A small warning to others: I was so careful to not jar my new joint that I did not try to resume Pilates and hiking until the 4 month mark. Result: loss of core fitness and resulting spinal stenosis. Working back from the resulting leg pain is almost as frustrating as the shoulder recovery! But I am getting there! Best wishes to all for a great 2023.

@Ms. Osteo So glad to hear your TSR was a success!

As a long term sufferer of spinal stenosis - my condolences. You probably had this issue for quite awhile. But the Pilates and core stability certainly keeps the symptoms in check. Just keep working on that core. You will soon be back to hiking without that leg pain.

Happy New Year!
