Flexion: how to photograph your leg so it can be measured

    If you can get someone to photograph your leg I can measure your flexion for you.

    But preferably you need to be wearing shorts or just panties (knickers!) and to include the trochanter at the hip and the lateral malleolus as shown, either on your back or your face.
