I'm almost 4 months out and just made a forced 119 in PT...you'll beat me for sure :)

I think the lunges are the best too. I just use stair steps. Some lunges with my foot on the 1st step and also a set with my foot on the second step.

And I have had a very large numb spot on the outside of my knee. The last week, the feeling is slowly coming back with lots of tingles and itches :)
