THR FInally did it- March of 2023...now another question for all of you

I relate so much to your post. I feel like the momemnt I found out the date of my surgery, my body is falling apart. My left knee swell (no pain, just pressure), which it hasn't done in years, seems that any activity is irritating my lower back.

The deterioration of my hip is for sure contributing, but I think stress is a huge factor here.

I'm sorry to read you are in so much pain, @greeneyedjan.

Were you prescribed some kind of pain medications and are you taking them on schedule? It's really important to stay ahead of the pain.

Why don't you start a new thread in the Hip Recovery Forum so you'll connect with others who are recovering as well.
