Do you know if this condition has any affect on having tkr surgery? I haven't been diagnosed with it yet but all symptoms point in that direction. I have an appointment for consultation with OS on July 26.

The most I know about it is this

Erythromelalgia is a rare condition that primarily affects the feet and, less commonly, the hands (extremities). It is characterized by intense, burning pain of affected extremities, severe redness (erythema), and increased skin temperature that may be episodic or almost continuous in nature.
Erythromelalgia - NORD (National Organization for Rare Disorders)

From that description, there shouldn't be any impact on a TKR, the surgery or recovery.
