Reverse Shoulder Replacement Ekg test came back abnormal anyone else have this?

So my EKG came back showing that I had an old heart attack! I've had a bunch of tests for my heart this fall and it was fine. I had covid in March so I'm wondering if that did something to my heart? Or maybe the EKG was wrong? Either way I'm now being sent to a cardiologist on Monday to try and gain clearance for my reverse shoulder replacement that is scheduled for Thursday April 20th! I'm about ready to lose my mind I really need this surgery because I'm in so much pain. I'm hoping for the best anyone else have any of these experiences? Thanks in advance

I don't have any advice to offer, but only support. I am so sorry, not only that you received this news as it had to be shocking, but also unsettling wondering whether your surgery will be canceled. I hope the cardiologist is able to answer your questions and IF it becomes necessary to postpone surgery, I am sure you'll understand that it's in your best interest. well they think the EKG was from the Covid I had in March and I have now been cleared for Thursday the 20th april yay
