DeRoyal cold therapy machine broke!

The cold therapy machine that was sent home with me is a "DeRoyal." It quit working a couple of weeks ago, and now I just use ice bags, etc.

I really miss it! I have searched the internet and can't locate any place that might be able to repair it. Has anyone had this problem before??

There is hardly any information on the tag hanging from the unit.....

Beth, contact the company at this link. Figure out which unit you have and then call the toll free number or click on CUSTOMER SUPPORT for more options (I sound like one of those telephone menu recordings, don't I!!!). Good luck!
