Just a note until i get access to ssh which allows near instant backup of database.
Jo and i have decided that every morning between 6:10am till 6:30am the site will close for about 20 minutes.
This will allow me to perform a daily backup safely, making sure that even if worst ever happens, all bonesmart posts,threads,members and Pm's will never be lost worse than the morning of the day in question
(some sites have not backup ed up at all and lost months of posts etc)
