complex hips!

Hello again, after doing some research on the internet about different type of hips i come to a conclusion that ceramic-on-ceramic hips are better than the rest because of low wear and tear. I could be wrong but what do you think? I'm 42 and i am looking for the one that will last the longuest. I have an appointment with the surgeon next week, it will be interesting to know which one he will recommend. best wishes. Sonia S.
