Does anyone have experience with a Baker’s Cyst? Is it likely to be “fixed” with TKR? I’ve had one for years and it really inhibits my rom. Hoping it goes away with the surgery.

Surgeons don't usually remove Bakers cysts, @Happym . They're in the "tiger country" at the back of the knee that surgeons try to avoid, because large blood vessels and nerves are situated there.

Yours may, or my not, improve after your TKR 0 no guarantees given - but I think you should talk to your surgeon about this.

We do have an article that might help you:
Baker's cysts and other knee bursae
