Funny, my sister and I were just talking about that hard life decision yesterday. Ours was about when we had to retire at short notice. We both agreed we had been scared witless about how we would be able to cope fiancially but you know what? As time passed we found we did okay. A lot of the things we 'had to have' when we were working suddenly became unimportant and others we found we had time to search out better deals for utilities and such.

Besides which, our God is faithful God. He will never forsake you.

Hi Linda,
Glad to hear that you made it back to work but sorry to hear about your recent news.....
I too am due to go back soon...I see my consultant next week an hopefully will get the all clear despite my knee playing up over the last few weeks....fingers crossed.
You can easily lose track of the real world following surgery like this and especially if you are home alone most of time. I am scared to go back and possibly a tad reluctant , but I know that once I get back into the swing of things it will feel like i've never been away....says she gritting her teeth.....
