OK---- here I go. Back to work tomorrow (high school culinary arts teacher) and I also start my BACK PT to go along with my KNEE PT! Where am I going to find enough hours in the day for all of this?

Saw both surgeons this week. All is well---I promise to be smart about my pain meds. No more "independent" decisions. I discussed pain management issues with them and I know they will help me get it all worked out appropriately when the time is right.

I know I have a long way to go--- but I am feeling very positive and ready for the next steps. Thank you all for your caring, supportive messages!

And the very best news? I am FINALLY ok'd for my hot tub. Off I go!

Best of luck to you--I went back January 3 after being out from November 8th through Christmas---boy, was I glad to get back (now I want some days off---will take a snow day on friday...)

I teach 12th grad English,AP English, and a course called Contemporary Cinema. We are in the comdey unit now and just watched Lucille Ball's "Vitemeatavegimin" routine.

Congratulations! I started back to work this week. they are already trying to get way more than 4 hours a day from me, but I'm holding strong so far. It's hard. I'm exhausted from the work and from a cold. I hope you do great. It is good to get back to a more normal day and to feel like you are contributing again. Your kids will be so happy to have you back. I wish you all the very best! Glad you listened to your doctors on the meds. They'll help you as long as you keep them informed of how you are doing.

God bless,
Skeet
