Hi Everyone, I thought I'd start a new thread, as suggested by some of my Bonesmart friends. I am at 3 weeks and 3 days from my LTKR, and doing well. I have been walking with a walker, and last night at physical therapy, they put me on a cane and I walked easily over 200 feet with no problem or pain! I was very excited! The therapist was also, but said she wants to wait until the knee is a bit stronger before I ditch the walker completely. So, I am happy and continuing on my road to good walking health! One thing I can't wait for is my last shot of Lovenox, which will be in five days! I don't know why, but it seemed to get harder to stab myself than it was in the beginning. Well, good bone health to all my friends at Bonesmart!
Take care, Paula

Way to go, Paula!!! What an upbeat report. I'm happy you are doing so well and hope to hear more as you continue to improve.
